Thai Buddhist South Wesl Trust (Wal Phra Sri Sanphell is constituted as a Charitable Incorporated Organisallon
ICIOI regisl@red with th8 Charily Commission in March 2023 under charity number 1202315 and govemed by a
Trust Conslilution. Th8 aim is that the CIO supersedes the existing, active Unincorporalod Charity, The Thai
8uddhisl South West Trust registored with the Charity Commission in January 2017 under chgrity number
1171258. In order lo do that tha ownership of Ihe property {Berkeley House) of the Unincorporal¢d Charity neads
lo be transfgrred to the nèw CIO trust. A number of impediments have delayed the completion of Ihe process. As
consequence, the CIO is dgemed not lo have ￿en active during th8 reporting period.
The Trust Constitution of the CIO follows tha model structure provided by The Charity Commission and has th8
same objects as that of the original Unincorporated Charity. The CIO has the same board of trustees as th8
Unincorpor8ted ChaTity and with no activities to dal&, ther& is nothing to report.
Organisatlonal Structure:
Th8 boArd of trustees has a Chair, 8 S&cretary 8nd a Treasur8r. The maximum number of Iruste6s is 7. All roles
are anlirely voluntary. Payments are not mado lo Iruslees. commillèe mgmbers or volunteers for the
pèrformance of their roles. Reimbursements of expens8s have beèn made for caT miloage and sundry
purchasés in compliance with the Financial Managem8nl Policy.

the intenlionof replacing thè unin¢orporated charity The Thai Buddhist South Wesl Trust Iregislered
number 11712581.
Duo to th? limg consuming process of transferring the assets. in particular Ihg property, all trading
activities have continued in The Thai Buddhist South Vvesl Trust (registared number 1171258).
It is hoped that Tho Thai Buddhist South W881 Trust (Wat Phra Sri Sanph&t) will commgnce tr8ding in the
