2. Structure, Governance and Management
Kit 4 Kenya is governed by a constitution and operated by a board of trustees. Trustees are appointed through a board resolution and provided with an induction, including their legal responsibilities. The charity is run entirely by volunteers and operates from its principal address in the UK.
3. Objectives and Activities
The charity exists to support underprivileged communities in Kenya through the power of sport, primarily by:

Collecting and repurposing football kits and sportswear in the UK

Shipping them to youth teams and communities in Kenya

Running fundraising and awareness campaigns via schools and social media

Building a network of ambassadors to expand the initiative

4. Achievements and Performance
In the reporting year 2024, Kit 4 Kenya:

Collected and sorted over 3,000 full kits

Took on 10 student ambassadors in 2024 who all helped fundraise for the charity
