This Ven was chosen partly because it ldeS WTthin one of the most deprived regions of Basingstoke. The sthool has one of the highest rates of pupil premium thildren in the UK. The church has supported the school and local communtty wyth.. The provision of volunteers in a variety of areas. . Support of school Govemors. . In December the Church paid for the students to go to a theatre performance. STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES RESPONSIBIUTIES The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, Report and the financial Statsments in accordan with applicable law and regulattons. The Trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting recor& that are wfficient to show and explain the charity's transactions and disdose with reasonable accuracy at any time the finanaal position of the charity and enable them to ensu that the financial
statements comply with the Charities Act 2011. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hen for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. In so far as each of the Trustees is aware: . there is no relevant inf0mtIOn of which the tharity's independent examiners are unaware; and . the Trustees have tsken all steps that they ought to have taken to make themselves aware of any relevant infOnTtIon and to establish that the independent examiners are aware of that information. Responsibilities and basis of report
- As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”) .
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
