Section D Achievements and performance
The 2021 AGM of the Birmingham and Warwickshire Archaeological Summary of the main Society agreed to proceed with a move to CIO status, in accordance with achievements of the charity a written constitution, the new CIO was incorporated in February 2023, during the year while the unincorporated society continued to operate under a separate charity number. During the reporting period (Feb 2023-June 2024) the Birmingham and Warwickshire Archaeological CIO therefore did not undertake any activities.
