When selerting persons the trustees will take into account the benefits of appointing persons who are able to contribute to the purpose or management of the charity by virtue of professional qualifications or experience. The trustees made a grant of £35,0(K) to the school to contribute toward5 the replacement of obsolete technology. Hnanclal Revlew The financial statements show a deficit for the year of £14,717. The trustees consider that a level of rese￿e5 of £220.000 should be maintained to provide an Income to enable the trust to support the school on a long temi basls.
