As well 05 FKoviding advice to indiwdual8, the NSSCKPA advocates for best practice and treatments to all kIdY patlents from the NHS and actlvely lobbies other local govemment organisations on their behalf. A new constitution lo allow this to happen was subsequenly drafted and approved prior lo submlssKJn to the Charitiès Commissith) in February 2023. Thè Charity Commission approval and the issue of a new charity number was received on 13 February 2023. A r*w bank account will be set up later in the yeof to officially transferthe funds to the CIO. - W•bsit• The charity's website was not fvnctioning as it should and as such it was agreed to reviw and update it. Subsuny, M eontraet was given to a small eon8ultaney fim to do the update. This work is ongoing at the time of issue of this report.
