REPORT OF THE OFFICERS ACCOUNTS FOR THE ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2024
The Honorary Officers present their report on the affairs of the Street Kids Education Initiative, together with the Financial Statements for the year ended 28 February 2024. Street Kids Education Initiative is registered with the charity commission on 02 February2023.
The Officers have, as required by the Charity Act 2011 prepared financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2024 which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Charity and of the income and expenditure of the Charity for that year.
The Charity has been keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable the officers to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011.
1 PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
The principal activity of the Charity is to provide education and training to the young people of Pakistan those who are not in formal education due to poverty.
2. RESULTS
The results for the period are shown in the annexed Income and Expenditure Account.
3. ASSETS
Information relating to details of assets is given in Note 2 to the accounts.
4. ACCOUNTANTS
The Officers will place a resolution before the annual general meeting to continue the appointment of Q & D Chartered Certified Accountants as accountancts of the Charity.

Accountant's Report to the Unaudited Financial Statements to the Officers of STREET KIDS EDUCATION INITIATIVE
To assist you to fulfil your duties under the Charity Act 2011, I have examined for your approval the accounts of Street Kids Education Initiative which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes, from the charity’s accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
As a practising member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at http://www.accaglobal.com/en/member/professional-standards/rulesstandards/acca-rulebook.html.
This report is made to the trustees of Street Kids Education Initiative, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated. Our work has been undertaken solely to examine the accounts of Street Kids Education Initiative and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the trustees of Street Kids Education Initiative, as a body, in this report in accordance with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as detailed at http://www.accaglobal.com/content/dam/ ACCA_Global/Technical/fact/technical-factsheet-163.pdf. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Street Kids Education Initiative and its trustees as a body for our work or for this report.
It is your duty to ensure that Street Kids Education Initiative has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory accounts that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of Street Kids Education Initiative. You consider that Street Kids Education Initiative is exempt from the statutory audit requirement for the year.
We have not been instructed to carry out an audit or a review of the accounts of Street Kids Education Initiative. For this reason, we have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to us and we do not, therefore, express any opinion on the financial statements.

1. STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTING POLICIES
The principal accounting policies of the Charity are set out below:
a) The Accounts are prepared under historical cost convention.
b) Income
Income comprises the value of T Donations ,Gifts, sponsors, as well as Interest on Bank Account.
d) Expenditure
All the expenses are on cash basis and inclusive VAT.
