Street Kids Education Initiative is registered with the charity commission on 02 February2023. The Officers have, as required by the Charity Act 2011 prepared financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2024 which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Charity and of the income and expenditure of the Charity for that year. The Charity has been keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable the officers to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011. ## **1 PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY** The principal activity of the Charity is to provide education and training to the young people of Pakistan those who are not in formal education due to poverty. ## **2. RESULTS** The results for the period are shown in the annexed Income and Expenditure Account. ## **3. ASSETS** Information relating to details of assets is given in Note 2 to the accounts. ## **4. ACCOUNTANTS** The Officers will place a resolution before the annual general meeting to continue the appointment of Q & D Chartered Certified Accountants as accountancts of the Charity. As a practising member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at http://www.accaglobal.com/en/member/professional-standards/rulesstandards/acca-rulebook.html. This report is made to the trustees of Street Kids Education Initiative, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated. Our work has been undertaken solely to examine the accounts of Street Kids Education Initiative and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the trustees of Street Kids Education Initiative, as a body, in this report in accordance with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as detailed at http://www.accaglobal.com/content/dam/ ACCA_Global/Technical/fact/technical-factsheet-163.pdf. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Street Kids Education Initiative and its trustees as a body for our work or for this report.
