In the weeks that followed, Elsle's parents were support8d by famlly and ffiends, and a Small amount of savlngs. but aftw a few weeks needed to retum to work for financial stabilty. Elsie's R088 was Set up In her memory to provide financlal Support for famlllo8 of chlldron who have pas8ed away, or are recelvlng end of life care. Appllcatlons for support are revlewed by a votlng committee, who hav8 be8n given delegated declslo making authority by the trustees. The voting mmIttee is made up offyw truste8s and three volunteers.
