The income from the Trust Fund is to be used by the Trust Fund Trustees for the following purposes:-(a) the benefit of the village hall at Saham Toney(b) recreation generally in the Parish of Saham Toney (c) for the maintenance of the land and buildings situated at the Village Hall, Bell Lane, Saham Toney

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Parish Of Saham Toney The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants Through: • The Purchase Of Buildings, Equipment And Facilities For Recreational Purposes;• The Maintenance, Preservation, Improvement And Refurbishment Of Existing Recreational Facilities, Land Or Buildings Which, In Particular, Include But Are Not Limited To The Village Hall And The Recreation Ground At Saham Toney;• The Promotion Of Community Participation Through The Procurement Of Community Recreational Facilities;• Engaging In Partnerships With Other Organisations, Charitable Or Otherwise, With The Aim Of Providing, Improving And Maintaining Recreational Facilities Within The Parish Of Saham Toney; And• By Any Other Means As The Trustees May From Time To Time Decide
