By providing a fully dedicated Self-Care Co-ordinator, who organises a range of gentle activitiesthat promote a healthy lifestyle. The Co-ordinator also provides practical guidance and support tomembers who face the challenge of managing, or recovering from ME/CFS. Other support includes monthly meetings across Dorset, twice year newsletters, updates on latest research, helpful events.

Objects: (1) Relieve Those Suffering From The Illness Variously Known As Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (cfs) Or Post-Viral Fatigue Syndrome (pvfs)(2) Educate The General Public Through The Promotion And Dissemination Of Knowledge About Me/cfs/pvfs(3) Advance Research In The Cause And Cure Of Me/cfs/pvfs And To Publish The Results Of Such Research.
