**Objects:** (1) RELIEVE THOSE SUFFERING FROM THE ILLNESS VARIOUSLY KNOWN AS MYALGIC ENCEPHALOMYELITIS (ME), CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME (CFS) OR POST-VIRAL FATIGUE SYNDROME (PVFS)(2) EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROMOTION AND DISSEMINATION OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ME/CFS/PVFS(3) ADVANCE RESEARCH IN THE CAUSE AND CURE OF ME/CFS/PVFS AND TO PUBLISH THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.

**Activities:** By providing a fully dedicated Self-Care Co-ordinator, who organises a range of gentle activitiesthat promote a healthy lifestyle. The Co-ordinator also provides practical guidance and support tomembers who face the challenge of managing, or recovering from ME/CFS.  Other support includes monthly meetings across Dorset, twice year newsletters, updates on latest research, helpful events.
