To Advance Education For The Public Benefit By Advancing Individual Capabilities,competences, Skills And Understanding Of First Aid Skills, Entrepreneurship Andpersonal Development To Individuals And Communities For Whom Cost Or Accessibilityis A Barrier To Learning These Skills, Such As Access To Business Coaching, Mentoring,employment Skills And Opportunities Which The Trustees See Fit To Support, Throughgrants Or Donations, To Organisations That Are In Alignment With Its Charitable Aimsand Values.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For Thepurposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trusteeinvestment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
