volunteers
Para 1.38 OKLR can only operate by volunteers
maintaining and operating the locomotives,
carriages, permanent way, buildings and
infrastructure. We have actively sought out
younger volunteers to ensure stability as the
original membership are less able to
contribute. This has also benefitted our
public out-reach on our web-site and social
media.

Volunteers also make a financial contribution through membership subscriptions, locomotive storage rent and other fundraising activities. Other
