| Achievements against objectives set |
Para 1.41 | In our first year of operation, we have provided events across a wide range of styles and received very positive feedback, which is satisfying for a new organisation and a good base on which to build. The one area where objectives have not been met is the failure to engage with young performers. Only one of our events has had a performer under the age of 25 and we will strive to provide opportunities for such artists in the coming year. |
|---|---|---|
| Performance of fundraising activities against objectives set |
Para 1.41 | The financial priority for the first year of operation was to break even and build a small reserve to cover overheads going forward. Thanks to a combination of grants and fundraising to support our live events programme, this has been achieved. |
