The LEO Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families by supporting their access to quality education and enriching extracurricular experiences.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Public Benefit In The United Kingdom:(1) To Advance Education, In Particular But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing By The Provision Of Grants, Items, Services And Facilities To:(a) Schools Within The Leo Academy Trust; And(b) Pupils And Former Pupils Of Those Schools.(2) To Promote Social Inclusion By Seeking To Protect Persons From Becoming Socially Excluded, Relieving People Who Are Socially Excluded And Assisting Their Integration Into Society In Any Location In Which Leo Academy Trust Operates And Surrounding Areas. For The Purpose Of This Clause, "Socially Excluded" Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of Youth, Financial Hardship, Special Educational Needs Or Disability.
