The transfer of the assets, liabilities and activities of the Unincorporated Church to Latchford Baptist Church ('the CIO.) will take place on 1 January 2024, whereupon Ihe Unincorporated Church will be dissolved. At that point the chanty trustees of the CIO will register the incorporation on the Register of Mergers on behalf of the Unincorporaled Church and the CIO.
