ANNUAL REPORT
for period 12 October 2022 to 31 December 2023
During this period Latchford Baptist Church was still operating as an Unincorporated
Charity.
The transfer of the assets, liabilities and activities of the Unincorporated Church to
Latchford Baptist Church ('the CIO.) will take place on 1 January 2024, whereupon
Ihe Unincorporated Church will be dissolved.
At that point the chanty trustees of the CIO will register the incorporation on the
Register of Mergers on behalf of the Unincorporaled Church and the CIO.
Thereafter, a full Annual Report and Accounts will be submrtted to the Charity
Commission each year, beginning with the year ending 31 December 2024.
