The Charity was formed on 5 October 2022 and is constituted as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.

The Charitable purposes of the charity are to provide funding support to young aspiring actors.

To further these purposes for the public benefit the charity carried out the following activities:

(a) promoted education, and training in the theatre arts;
(b) provide access to the theatre arts; for disadvantaged 16 -21year old people in such ways as the Trustees think fit through the provision of scholarships, bursaries, maintenance allowances or grants tenable at any school, university, college or institution of higher or further education to such persons in order to further these objects and for the public benefit.

The main achievements of the organisation in the year were:

Individual grants of £1,200 to eight arts students from all parts of the UK.

The trustees have read the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance, and have had regard to this when running the charity.

A review of the charity’s financial position at 31[st] December 2024 :-

In the year to 31 December 2024 the Charity had income of £15,037 and expenditure of £10,867.

There are no funds held by the charity that are materially in deficit.
