Followlng comm8nts ragardingthe state ofthe car park dUringverywetVath8r. we have ogreed to help the PCC, in conlun¢tion with Hagley Hall Estst88, to Carry out some addltional stoning to the cal park and also the pathway between th8 Cricket Ground and the Lh Gate. This now provides a tarmac acces5 to the Wychbury Room. Th88e *vrks were cornpleted bythe end ol March at a cost of £9.540 including VAT. Wewouid like to record ourthanks to Hagley Hall Estates forthe continuing ability to us the car parking area for ¢hur¢h services and other relatsd functlons. A grant of £1.200 was made to the PCC in respect ofthe heatlng and iightingfor church seNic8s and to cover similar costs when musical events took place overthe year.
