Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is:the Promotion Of Equality And Diversity For The Public Benefit Of People Who Have Been Under-Represented In Terms Of Gender And/or Ethnicity, In The UK Aviation Industry Through All Or Any Of The Following Means:(a) Promotion Of Positive Attitudes, Customs And Practices Towards Gender Balance, Diversity And Inclusion In The Employment And Participation Of People Who Have Been Under-Represented In Terms Of Gender And/or Ethnicity.(b) Providing Advice, Mentoring And Support To People Who Have Been Under-Represented In Terms Of Gender And/or Ethnicity Interested In Pursuing A Career In The UK Aviation Industry To Showcase Opportunities Available Regardless Of Gender Or Ethnicity.
