Here is a short summary of the main activities of the charity for the reporting period. Organisational Development Considerable time was invested in strategic planning and analysis to guide the organisation's direction. This included developing a multi-year fundraising strategy with external |

support to build future capacity and ensure sustainability. The
organisation also navigated a public challenge from media
scrutiny, which required issuing corrections and defending its
vision against misrepresentation.
Events and Engagements
The organisation engaged in several high-profile forums to
advance its mission. It contributed a reproductive justice
analysis to a national medical conference on abortion rights
and co-organised panels at a public festival focused on
liberation. It also delivered accredited educational sessions for
medical trainees on the colonial impacts on healthcare and
participated in public demonstrations and solidarity actions
with allied movements.
Community Engagement and Development
Direct support for communities was provided through tailored
workshops, including a sexual health session for a queer and
trans peer network and holistic movement classes for womb
wellness, both receiving highly positive feedback. The
organisation also produced and disseminated an educational
video on police strip-searches of children to raise awareness
and empower community intervention. Furthermore, it
collaborated on a project proposal to reimagine a more
equitable, person-centred maternity system.
Research, Policy, and Advocacy
Advocacy and research were central to the year's work. The
organisation supported ongoing studies into areas like
abortion telemedicine and fertility. It applied a reproductive
justice lens to policy issues, opposing legislative attempts that
linked abortion decriminalisation to the further criminalisation
of other groups and challenging stigmatising narratives from
national health providers. Public statements were issued in
support of marginalised political candidates, and a consistent
stance was maintained against structures of state violence and
in favour of international solidarity.

Audit Exemption Statement
For the year ending 31/03/2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors’ Responsibilities
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
1.1 Basis of preparation of financial statements
- The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller entities (effective June 2002).
1.2 Income
Income represents amounts receivable from the principal activity of the company through donation form organisations and grants.
1.3 Depreciation
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives.

- 1.4 Going Concern
At the balance sheet date, the net current assets and total net assets were £41,787.38 and £42,640.98 respectively. The company is dependent on support from a funder who has committed to providing yearly funding until 2030, subject to the submission of yearly reports. The directors have confirmed their efforts to secure additional funding for the company. It is on this premise that the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis.
