Thisyearwe achieved ouraim of setting up our brand-new Girls U16sTeam. which attracted new members from surrounding areas. It's been a fantastic first year for them anu their

development. Theygrew in confidence throughoutthe year and finlshed a very respectable 4° pl8C8 in the league. W& were delightad as a club that we had a record number of children invited by the English Ice Hockey Association to trial forTeam England in their respective age groups, this season. All children represented the club well and we received positive praise for how our members had conducted themselve8 throughoLrt trails elong with Impres8ingthe Coaches with th8ir ski118. AS a result ofthe trials, *plcomed the amazing news that 18 ot our members were selected for the Eng18nd Teams 8nd attended Intem8tion81 toum8m8nts In Europe and C8n8d8 for both Boys and Giristeams from UJ2'8 upto U168. We were also extremely proud that we also had 5 players sele¢ted to play ftjr Team Great Brit8ln thls year wtth one of those 8ttending the Youth Olymplcs In South Kor68. As a club w8 have come together as, players. parents, coache8, and committee members to bulld somèthing sp8CI81 for th8 future of Ice Hockey In Leeds.
