On changing our legal footing to CIO, we also had to re-regisler with OFSTED and wait for an OFSTED inspection to confirm our compliance, before we could work under the new Charity Commission regislration number. The re-regislration with OFSTED also required new bank accounts to be opened. A balance of £1 was transferred into the new CIO bank accounts to assure they would remain open while we waited for the OFSTED inspection to take place. The settin started workin under the new re istration number 1199778 on the 110912023.
