The work of the Charity The Charity's work is as local Christian Church. Activities of the Church for the reporting period includes the following: l. Weeldy Sunday Church Services 2. Gathering weekly in homes for prayer and Bible study 3. Offering Spiritual guidance and Pastoral care 4. Bible study and Teaching 5. Ministering to the poor on our streets Charity Funding Sources The Charity's income is derived primarily from individuals. A portion of the Charity's income for the reporting period is from a Grant received from another Charity based in the United States. Use of Funds The Charity used funds primarily on hiring space for gatherings, purchasing supplies and equipment to facilitate worship services, and offering benevolence gifts to individuals and other local charities. Independent Examiner's report to the Trustees on the unaudited financial statements of Antioch Community Church London CIO Charity Commission reference 1199660

I report to the trustees on my examination of the financial statements of Antioch Community Church London for the year ended 31 December 2023.

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the charity trustees of the CIO you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (‘the Act’).

I report in respect of my examination of the CIO’s financial statements carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent examiner’s statement

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

1) accounting records were not kept in respect of the CIO as required by section 130 of the Act; or

2) the financial statements do not accord with those records. I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the financial statements to be reached.
