This escalatlon has dramatically impacted our workload, necessitatin8 a greater provision of essential items to meet the daily needs of those in crisls. Malntained outreach services six to seven days a week, 5UPPQrting approxlmately 600 individuals weekly. Operated the smart food bank moblle servlce on weekend5, a55lsting 8 to 12 families or Individuals each week. Conducted community workshops to educate and mobilize local residents in supporting rough Sleepers and the homeless. Strengthened relatlon5hSps wlth bu51nesses across London to reduce food waste and create dlstrlbutlon packa8es. Prepared to launch a Llverpool outreach pro8ram, expanding our effort5 beyond London. Bullt stronger collaborations with newly established and exlstlng charitles. Actlvltles and Support Provlded Our mlssion to support the homeless and vulnerable is carried out through the dlstributlon of essential items, including hygiene products, clothlngi socks, and underwear. Additionally, our meal packs, which include a hot meal, sandwich, chocolate5, crlsps, frults, and drinks, form a cornerstone of our outreach efforts. Our visible and impactf ul outreach work In London has not only supported rough sleepers but has a150 drawn the attentlon and collaboration of other charities. We are proud to have partnered with organSzatlons such as Charlty Begln5 At Home, Ni5hkamswat, and Critical Support. These partnerships have enhanced our abillty to provlde consistent support through donatlons and mutual efforts. Our PINT outreach program operates seven days a week, dependlng on the avallability of donations and volunteers. In most circumstances, we maintain a regular commitment of at least Six days a week. Beyond our core activities, the charity has expanded its support to victims of domestic violence and abuse. Thls 15 achieved through a dlscreet distribution process in collaboration with third parties, ensurlng that vlctlms receive weekly packages containing sanitary products, clothing, food, and snacks. These parcels contain essential groceries designed to help recipients transition to more stable support networks within their communities. New Inltlatlves and Communlty Enga8ement Thls year also marked our increased Involvement wlth young adults who have faced challenges with the law. Our presence in South London has become a beacon of hope, offering food, essentla15, and 8uidance. One of our promising project5, Words of Wisdom IWOWI, focu5es on empowerln8 Individuals through positlve 8uidance and encoura8ement to relntegrate Into soclety. Though in Its early stages, WOW has already assisted 22 indlviduals in turnln8 thelr lives around. Coupled with the financlal discipline of the Trustees and continued donatlons, this has enabled the charity to maintain and even enhance Its ability to support more people in need. As a result, the Trustees are confident that the Charitws operatlons remaln vlable. Flnancial review The accounts have been prepared under the accrua15 basis.
