The object of the LUV Charity CIO is, for the public benefit, to act as a resource for disadvantaged young people livingin London Boroughs by providing training, mindfulness support, advice, assistance, workshops and otheractivities as a means of advancing in life and helping such persons.
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Act As A Resource For Young People Between The Ages Of 16 To 24 Living In London Boroughs By Organising And Providing Training, Mindfulness Support, Advice, Assistance, Workshops And Other Activities As A Means Of:(a) Advancing In Life And Helping Young People By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individuals; And (B) Advancing Education And Awareness Of Opportunities Available To Young People Seeking Or Pursuing A Career In The Creative Industry. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
