**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 TO 24 LIVING IN LONDON BOROUGHS BY ORGANISING AND PROVIDING TRAINING, MINDFULNESS SUPPORT, ADVICE, ASSISTANCE, WORKSHOPS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF:(A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; AND (B) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND AWARENESS OF OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE TO YOUNG PEOPLE SEEKING OR PURSUING A CAREER IN THE CREATIVE INDUSTRY. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.

**Activities:** The object of the LUV Charity CIO is, for the public benefit, to act as a resource for disadvantaged young people livingin London Boroughs by providing training, mindfulness support, advice, assistance, workshops and otheractivities as a means of advancing in life and helping such persons.
