Accounting Poli¢ies Basis of Accounting The accounts have been p￿pared in accordance wlh Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable lo charities preparing their a￿ountS in accordan with the Financial Reporting Slandard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland {FRS 102) effective 1 January 2019 and the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 102} and the Charities Act 2011. The accounts have been prepared under the historic81 cost conventK¥n. The charity conslilules a public b8nefrt entity as defined by FRS 102. Income Income is recognised when receivable. Donated goods and services Donated goods and services are included al their estimaled value lo the charty. Expendilu Expenditure is included in the statement of financial activities on an accruals basis. Fixed assets are capilalised and de￿e￿atron is provided at 25% on a redueing balance basis. Stock Stock is valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value. Funds The unreslricled income fund ¢omprises those funds which the tnjslees are free to use in accordan with the charitable objects. Trustees Rernuneration and Expenses and Related Party Transactions No trustee received remuneration for acting in the capacity of tnjstee. Donations include £15.000 12023- £15.0001 from the aarke Farnily Trust. of which Simon Clarke is a trustee. The insurance premium of £683 was a donation from H811 Davies in 2023. In 2023 charitable actNiles ineluded payments lotalling £2,885 to Ladybower Fisheries. a business owned by G Smith. Ladybower Fisheries charged the charty preferential rates.
