Landlark is a small, Charitable Incorporated Organisation and at this time has three trustees with one of these, Beth Warmington, (also it’s Founder) acting as the main operational lead.

Landlark is a member of Cambridge Council for Voluntary Services and National Council for Voluntary Services.

Landlark continues to work with key organisations in the local area including but not limited to Cambridge Women’s Aid, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough’s Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Partnership, Cambridge United Foundation and Cambridge Student’s Union.

Whilst all trustees understand the importance of safeguarding issues, the charity does not have a safeguarding policy officially in place yet as the work of the charity does not currently require its team to work directly with children and/or vulnerable adults. There is a draft policy in place which will hopefully be added to the charity’s entry on the register.

Landlark exists to work towards the eradication of domestic abuse, sexual violence and all forms of harassment. It advances for the public benefit (in the UK) the education of the public about domestic abuse, sexual violence and gender based violence perpetrated primarily against women and girls, in particular, but not Summary of the objects of the exclusively by commissioning third party training providers to undertake charity set out in its governing education and training in schools, workplaces and other settings. document Increasing awareness for the public of the issues around domestic abuse, sexual violence and all forms of gender based violence perpetrated primarily against women and girls. Landlark’s main activities for the accounting period to which this report pertains to: Funding and enabling of healthy relationship workshops in seven local schools, all facilitated by the domestic abuse prevention charity Tender. - Ridgefield Primary School - a Year 6 cohort of 32 pupils - two-day Healthy Friendships workshop - University of Cambridge Primary School - Year 6 - each of the three forms in the year had a one day Healthy Friendships workshop - 90 pupils - Milton Road Primary School - 55 pupils in Year 5 received a two day Summary of the main activities Heathy Friendship workshop undertaken for the public Cambourne Village College (secondary) - 27 pupils in Year 8 undertook benefit in relation to these a two-day Healthy Relationships workshop objects (include within this Comberton Village College (secondary) - 29 pupils in Year 9 undertook section the statutory a two-day Healthy Relationships workshop declaration that trustees have Oakes College (sixth form) - 31 students in Year 12 participated in had regard to the guidance enrichment sessions issued by the Charity Oakes College - 11 students from Year 13’s Sixth Form Council Commission on public benefit) participated in a Healthy Relationships workshop, the findings from which they fed back to the entire sixth form which was attended by Landlark Founder Beth Warmington Chesterton Community College (secondary) - 22 pupils received a one day Healthy Relationship workshop In the establishment of Landlark and in creating its Charitable Objects and in the day to day running of Landlark, trustees are aware of the guidance around what constitutes ‘public benefit’ issued by the Charity Commission in various documents including PB1 and CC3. Section D Achievements and performance

Summary of the main Landlark’s main achievements within the reporting period of this annual achievements of the charity return are: during the year - Funded workshops in seven Cambridgeshire secondary and primary school settings reaching 297 young people between the ages of 9 to 18 years old.

As part of Landlark’s objective to increase public awareness the following activities also took place:

Charity Lead met with young people from Cambourne Village College who had established themselves as Healthy Relationship Ambassadors in their school
Charity Lead received an award in London for their contribution and commitment to making Healthy Relationship education happen in the local area
Charity Lead spoke at an event run by Cambridge University Student Union on tackling violence against women and girls
Charity Lead was guest speaker on panel about the role of education in tackling violence against women and girls at Cambridge City Council’s Domestic Abuse Conference

Brief statement of the Landlark’s trustee George Walker has established a salary sacrifice charity’s policy on reserves scheme through his employer which ensures that Landlark is receiving £1000 per calendar month for the charity to function and ensure that it is able to continue to run and invest in education for young people.
