Landlark is a small, Charitable Incorporated Organisation and at this time has three trustees with one of these, Beth Warmington, (also it’s Founder) acting as the main operational lead.

Landlark is a member of Cambridge Council for Voluntary Services and National Council for Voluntary Services.

Landlark currently has a partnership with the domestic abuse arts charity Tender (Registered Charity Number: 1100214) to fund and deliver a Healthy Relationship programme with schools across the local area of Cambridgeshire. In 2022 we delivered projects with a local secondary and primary school and during this reporting period, established a Service Delivery Agreement with Tender to deliver a further eight two-day workshops with local primary and secondary schools.

In addition, Landlark Founder and Trustee Beth Warmington works on making connections and partnerships with other key organisations in the area and further afield in order to increase awareness of key issues around domestic abuse, sexual violence and more. These include but are not limited to:

Whilst all trustees understand the importance of safeguarding issues, the charity does not have a safeguarding policy officially in place yet as the work of the charity does not currently require its team to work directly with children and/or vulnerable adults. There is a draft policy in place which will hopefully be added to the charity’s entry on the register.

Section C Objectives and activities

Jan 2025

Summary of the objects of the
charity set out in its governing
document
Summary of the main activities
undertaken for the public
benefit in relation to these
objects (include within this
section the statutory
declaration that trustees have
had regard to the guidance
issued by the Charity
Commission on public benefit)
Landlark exists to work towards the eradication of domestic abuse,
sexual violence and all forms of harassment.
It advances for the public benefit (in the UK) the education of the public
about domestic abuse, sexual violence and gender based violence
perpetrated primarily against women and girls, in particular, but not
exclusively by commissioning third party training providers to undertake
education and training in schools, workplaces and other settings.
Increasing awareness for the public of the issues around domestic
abuse, sexual violence and all forms of gender based violence
perpetrated primarily against women and girls.
Landlark’s main activities are as stated above, identifying local schools;
both primary and secondary and funding workshops which are
delivered by their training partner, the charity Tender. These workshops
equip young people with the tools to recognise relationships which
have the potential to become abusive, coercive or controlling and help
educate young people on the attributes of healthy and unhealthy
relationships thereby breaking cycles of abuse and increasing
awareness of the issues around domestic abuse, sexual violence and
harassment.
In the establishment of Landlark and in creating its Charitable Objects
and in the day to day running of Landlark, trustees are aware of the
guidance around what constitutes ‘public benefit’ issued by the Charity
Commission in various documents including PB1 and CC3. Our
charitable objects statement is at the heart of all our activities and
decision making
