The trustees, lisled below. felt that operating as a CIO with a more modern governing document would allow the charity greater protection from risk and freedom to fultil the charity's goals. Due to ill health following the pandemic, Derby Vineyard continued to operate under the former charity111245781 and did not operate as the CIO in the charity year to the end of February 2023. The charity received no income and had no expenditure in that year.
