Derby Vineyard was re8iStered with the Charity Commission on the 4 April 2022.
The charity is a CIO and was formed to replace the Derby Vineyard charitable trust no.
1124578. The trustees, lisled below. felt that operating as a CIO with a more modern
governing document would allow the charity greater protection from risk and freedom to
fultil the charity's goals.
Due to ill health following the pandemic, Derby Vineyard continued to operate under the
former charity111245781 and did not operate as the CIO in the charity year to the end of
February 2023. The charity received no income and had no expenditure in that year.
Although regular 8ivin8 began in September 2023 and gifts totalling £8,308 were received in
that year, the charity did not begin operating in earnest until the following year12024.20251
and continued to operate as the previous charitable trust Ino. 1124578.1 Limited expenses
were incurred, totalling £3,638. {5 cleaning invoices and one salary payment.)
