In the first 3 years of operati(m, we have put neady 100 children from disadvantaged familie5 in school in 3 village clustgrs, We have sel up an 8ff8ctiva mentorship atxl safeguarding program lo ènsure that the children stay in school and Sre able to cope with the challenging environments they relum to after school. We are engaging parents, teacher3 and elders in lh8 saleguarding of 8nd development of our children. The UCEP Project has dellvered measurablé and meaningful improvements In earty childho¢)J education outcomes across mu.ple class Ièvgls from 2021r2022 10 202412025 academlc sessions. Data collected and analysed for thrge academic sessions from Nursery through Primary clas885 demonstrate consistent year-on-yeor progress in critical developmental Indl¢ator8, dlrectly reflecting th8 success of the interventions supported by UCEP donor funding. As the program grew, we continued to assemble our taam of Ilke-mlnded, dedlcated, volunteers in the UK, US and Nigena. We have recnjiled and induclgd over 50 volunteer5 In six 18ams. induding 8 UCEP Truste•$ and 7 UCEF Tru818e8. The teams cover 8uch dlsciplin88 as FInanceega1, EducationlOperation8, ITIAdmin, Communlcallon, Fundraising, and Gov8manc&.
