| (CPD) is recognised by the Royal College |
|||||
| of Physicians (RCP) who awarded CPD |
|||||
| points to attendees for attending SENA |
|||||
| educational events this year - an |
|||||
| endorsement that the SENA trustees were |
|||||
| proud to deliver and plan to continue, in |
|||||
| partnership with the RCP into the future. . |
| SENA*s online offering was also enhanced |

| information and webinars by global leaders |
| ofneuroscience on its website. |
| In February this year, Trustees were |
| pleased to announce that SENA was |
| granted Charitable Incorporated |
| Organisation (CIO) status by the Charity |
| Commission for England 8 Wales. This will |
| enable the charity to continue delivering |
| neuroscience education and fully aligns to |
| the SENA's strategy for sustainable growth. |
| This year saw the highest number of, |
| individuals registered with SENA since the |
| association was established 38years ago. |
| The charity also received record levels of sponsorship, amounting tof36000.This |
| enabled the CIO to meet its operational |
| costs of running the two educational events |
| and maintain its online offering / website, |
| With charity status in place, SENA also got |
| HMRC approval for Gift Aid, which was |
| launched at the end ofthis year for |
| additional fundraising opportunities for the |
