|||||SENA is committed<br>to all aspects of||

|||||its continuing<br>professional<br>development||
|||||(CPD) is recognised<br>by the Royal College||
|||||of Physicians<br>(RCP) who awarded<br>CPD||
|||||points to attendees<br>for attending<br>SENA||
|||||educational<br>events this year - an||
|||||endorsement<br>that the SENA trustees were||
|||||proud to deliver and plan to continue,<br>in||
|||||partnership<br>with the RCP into the future. .||





|SENA*s online offering was also enhanced|

|In February this year, Trustees were|
|pleased to announce<br>that SENA was|
|granted<br>Charitable<br>Incorporated|
|Organisation<br>(CIO) status by the Charity|
|Commission<br>for England 8 Wales. This will|
|enable the charity to continue<br>delivering|
|neuroscience<br>education<br>and fully aligns to|
|the SENA's strategy for sustainable<br>growth.|
|This year saw the highest<br>number of,|
|individuals<br>registered<br>with SENA since the|
|association was established<br>38years ago.|
|The charity also received record levels of<br>sponsorship,<br>amounting<br>tof36000.This|
|enabled the CIO to meet its operational|
|costs of running<br>the two educational<br>events|
|and maintain<br>its online offering<br>/ website,|
|With charity status<br>in place, SENA also got|
|HMRC approval<br>for Gift Aid, which was|
