These groups provide Bible study and a time of socialisirvJ th fellowship. There have also been arranged throughout the year, women's groups a￿1 men's groups organised around various activities. In the year. we moved the Bible Stu(ty s￿l0n$ the church holds. from a room in a large residential home to a mre accessitAe building at Longsdon Memorial Hall. The effect of this was for the church to ￿ able to make the in-person Bible Studies more accessible to both the corgregation and public. The number of people attendiry these sessions has increased. The on-line video services are also provided across various social rn￿11a platfomis. free of charge. to benefit the Church cOngr￿atIOn and the general public who are not able to attend the Church building in person. These wvices. as V￿&1 as reaching people within the local communty. are also reached by people in the rest of the UK. The church s￿VIceS are watched by people in countries worldwide, which Ir￿lude Bulgari& Slovakia. Canada. Itaty, India. K￿y& France. Pakistan, and South Africa. The stLKlerrts stayed in the town for a week and became part of the church. These were mission teams coming to the town of Leek and help￿ with the presentation of the various church activities sith as worship evenings, testimony evenings. and engagement with the general public in the towns of I￿k and Buxton. These services were advertiwl widely atKJ pro￿d￿j free for members of the congregation and the public. Another of the activities was to provide eveniro Sep41￿ at which prayers and healing were offered. Victory Church Leek hosted a team of Leaders from Bulgaria for a week, during which training, seminars, and workshops were held in the church. Mary of these Se￿OnS were open to the public and widely advertised. The church has been host to a number of visiting speakets at the various public-held worship ServI￿S throughout the year. Members of the Church Leadership Twn have attended several Charty Commission seminars and workshops througholrt the year as part of trainirKJ in their roles and resrM)nsibilities within a faith-based charity context. The church saw a member of the congr￿JatI0n. $Upwt￿ by the Church. successfully graduate their second year at Charis Bible College. Walsall. A group of ladies from Victory Church attended the European Conferenc* "Women Arise. held in Wdsall. DUrir￿ the year. Victory Church has been able to reached and rx)nnected with different communthes within the sutToundirg areas of Leek atvj surroundirvJ towns. which has resulted in an increase in the awareness of the Ctr￿rCh and people corning to be a part of the communty. We hav8 S8en the lrfe of the Church grow throughout the year, vthere people of varied age groups and varied walks of lrfe have att￿ded of the ChU￿h and gained tremendous benefrt. We have met as a Church t1v0￿jhOut the year at various retail premises within the town of Leek. which has bro￿ht the benefits of patmge to different kinds of businesses wiihin Leek and the sum)unding are& During the year. Victory Church Leek gave to vatious charitable organisations the total amount of £12,862, which represents a total of 15.8% of the receipts arKI donations received during the year. The charitVs trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under the section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Artl and that an independent examination is needed.
