In the future, we plan to also incorporate the following
activities:

Peer support for mentors

Develop a broad partnership of organisations
providing public health services in LMICs
(particularly in Africa) who can support and steer
this initiative

Explore providing resources with accreditation

Create an award system that will reward those
who demonstrate their ability to put their skills
into practice, as well as for mentors

Advocacy work with partners or policy makers (eg
WHO) to achieve broader objectives or make
further strides in advancing the face of public
health. This may involve country-based
coordinators recruited to lead on networks within
their country to market Peoples-Praxis mentoring
programme,manage applicants and ensure that
enrolled participants use the services
productively.

Graduates from the scheme to be encouraged to
continue supporting colleagues and establish a
network of students and mentors involved in
collaborative projects.

the purpose of the charity is to beneft the public in
general (an efective mentoring programme benefts both
mentors, mentees and the public that they serve). The
purpose does not give rise to more than incidental
personal beneft to the Peoples-Praxis Charity trustees
and steering group.
