The Foundation has established a significant
number of funding streams with major UK
partners. The core concept is to provide
funding to disadvantaged students
activities, projects or services embarking in STEM-based education to

“piggyback” on existing schemes which
removes many financial overheads meaning
the money we provide goes directly to those
who need it. In 2022 we established
programmes with 7 major universities across
the UK to provide funding in the form of

the Science Museum Group and the Princes
Trust on specific activities to promote STEM
to the underrepresented groups. More

Report to the trustees/ Charity Name THE ROYSIA FOUNDATION members of On accounts for the year 1[st] March 2023 Charity no 1197438 ended (if any) Set out on pages 1-2 (remember to include the page numbers of additional sheets) I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 1[st] March 2023. Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
