Objects: The Objects Of The Charitable Trust Established By This Deed Are As Follows:(a) To Further Such Exclusively Charitable Objects And Purposes In Any Part Of The World And To Make Donations To Such Charitable Institutions At Such Times And In Such Manner As The Trustees May In Their Discretion Think Fit;(b) Without Prejudice To The Generality Of Sub-Clause 3.1(A) To:(i) Advance For The Public Benefit The Education Of Children And Young People (Particularly, But Not Limited To Those Within The North Of England) In Such Ways As The Trustees Think Fit, Including But Not Limited To: - Making Facilities And Services Available To Primary And Secondary Schools - The Promotion Of E Learning, Through The Training Of Children And Young People, Teachers And Other Associated Staff In The Use Of Information And Communication Technologies - The Development Of Digital Educational Content For Use On Computers - Providing Computers And Associated Equipment For The Provision Of Education;(ii) Provide For The Education Of Children And Young People By Providing Facilities And Services To Them, With The Particular Aim Of Helping Students Gain Places At Universities, Colleges And Institutions Of Highereducation Focusing On Stem (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) Opportunities; And(iii) Provide Financial Assistance To Any School Or Charitable Organisation Having Charitable Objects Directed To Educating Or Improving The Education And Condition Of Life Of Children And Young People.
