Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the maln a¢hlev8ments of the ¢harlty durlng the year Voluntsersl tsam building The key thanges this year brought for us was hawng a new operational base at Delta North having outgrown our previous venue. Moving all our stock and equipment was demanding but has brought wrth it a new group of volunteers. Help from the community ensured that we were able to ensure that there were no glrtches in our delivery programme. Having more space, as well as allowing the facility to pack and store more packs and products, has ensured a rational leedthrough of packs to the users across all projects. As a small charlty, having space to display the onwing project requirèments and achievements has been most beneficial in being able to keep all volunteers abreast with the work in Fryress and has helped with the developing the team spirit. Broadenlng Roach We have teen able to broaden the area of reach of the charity supplying to a Wer range of foodbanks. schools and communty groups. We have been able to ervJage more young people in the °delivery' of the charity through engaging them in the packing process P•rfomianc• Development of policy in relation to contribution made by volunt8ers. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/3/25
Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below *) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or

the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
-
