To provide financial and other assistance to any
other exclusively charitable organisation that the
trustees may in their absolute discretion

and dispensary but also a number of other wellbeing
activities which might not be supported by the NHS.
The Charity intends to assist others in ensuring the land

purpose and when built will support any activity which
would enhance the Wellbeing of local people.
The Charity enabled the commencement of development
of the site in December 2021 to comply with planning
obligations but limited progress has been made since
that date although considerable discussions have been
held with various parties to explore potential funding
