A. To relieve sickness and to preserve the health of the patients of the Long Crendon surgery at Greenings, Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire by providing or assisting in the provision of equipment, facilities and services not normally provided by the statutory authorities and ancillary to those provided by the doctors. B. To provide financial and other assistance to any other exclusively charitable organisation that the trustees may in their absolute discretion determine. |

The Charity has received money from a variety of sources including a donation from Long Crendon day centre, sale of Christmas cards and a cookery book as well as a plant sale. The main focus of support of the Charity has been fund raising for the building of the Wellbeing Centre in Long Crendon. This building is intended to house a surgery and dispensary but also a number of other wellbeing activities which might not be supported by the NHS. The Charity intends to assist others in ensuring the land on which the Centre will be based continues to be fit for purpose and when built will support any activity which would enhance the Wellbeing of local people. |
| The Charity enabled the commencement of development of the site in December 2021 to comply with planning obligations but limited progress has been made since that date although considerable discussions have been held with various parties to explore potential funding options. |
