Objectives and activities
The governing document of the CIO defines its charitable objects as:
1) The advancement of education of young people aged 5-18 in liberia, for the public benefit, in particular but not exclusively by providing:

digital literacy programmes;

training, expertise, resources and equipment to schools, community centres and/other organisations in liberia working to advance the education of young people;

grants of financial assistance to economically disadvantaged young people aged 5-18 in liberia.
