The Trustees present their annual report and accounts for the period ended 31 March 2023. 

## **Objectives and activities** 

The governing document of the CIO defines its charitable objects as: 

1) The advancement of education of young people aged 5-18 in liberia, for the public benefit, in particular but not exclusively by providing: 

- digital literacy programmes; 

- training, expertise, resources and equipment to schools, community centres and/other organisations in liberia working to advance the education of young people; 

- grants of financial assistance to economically disadvantaged young people aged 5-18 in liberia. 

## **Achievements and performance** 

The CIO was dormant during this period. 

## **Financial review** 

No transactions took place during this period. 

## **Future plans** 

Education for Youth Foundation (Registration number; 1197023) is expected to start its fundraising soon.
