was able to support 200 young people,
an increase of 25% from the previous
year 2021 before formal registration,
when we helped 150 young people.
We provided 1-1 mentoring to young
people aged 18-25 from disadvantaged
backgrounds by connecting them with
industry professionals who work in their
field of interest, and they were able to
support them to enhance their career
prospects.
From our end-of-program survey, the
following findings were captured: 82%
reported an increase in career
knowledge, 87% reported an increase in
employability skills and 100% reported
an increase in confidence applying for
job opportunities.
