Holmwood Preschool got its charitable status 3[rd] December 2021 which was to give the group

independence from Wallington United Reformed Church where there had been a preschool of the same name functioning as an activity of the church for over 30 years.

However, the preschool could not operate as a CIO until Ofsted re-registered it, so it continued to provide a service to families as an activity of the church. Ofsted re-registered the group on 5[th] December 2023 so the period covered by this report is wholly in the period when Holmwood Preschool could not yet function as a charity.
