Para 1.21 The charity earned no income and incurred
no costs during this financial period. The
charity has no employees and required no
expenditure during this period, but began
grant applications with the aim of funding
expanded activities to further its charitable
purposes.

have been raised in a financial period, the
charity intends to hold £100 in reserves to
cover any unforeseen expenses required

charity trustees, the existing charity

conducted by the existing trustees, who
then vote to elect the most suitable

properly convened meeting of the charity
