Para 1.20 | In its second financial year of operation, now-u community developed its volunteer team and ran several charitable campaigns including a campaign to support people affected by cost of living crisis in the UK, helping to connect people with charities and engage them in charitable actions. Actions completed on the now-u app during this period included donating to charities, signing petitions and learning about charitable causes, supporting a wide variety of charities. We also collected feedback from our users on how we could enhance their experience with the platform and increase our charitable impact, and started work to address this feedback. |

A rigorous screening and interview process is conducted by the existing trustees, who then vote to elect the most suitable candidate.
