Leadership Forum in Athens, Greece, with around 80 leaders in attendance, representing 17 different nations. Inspiring, equipping and eMFering leaders to continue building Christian churches and organisations across Europe. Leaders Online Gatherings, with around 70-120 in attendance, gathered 2 ts.mes during 202314. Financial Review Review of the charity's financial position at the end of the period Due to an ongoing delay in being able to open a bank account, all activities were undertaken without any direcl expenditure or income and with the support of volunteers and other charity conne¢lions. Statement explaining the policy for holding reserves stating why they are held The reserves policy for EMPOVVERED21 is to aim to hold at least three months income as cash resetves. This is in addition to fixed assets held and used for the church's aims and purposes. This level of reseeS should ensure that at any time of the year the Charity is not required to borrow funds on overdraft from its bankers. Any addrtional reserves are generaled with a view to fund longer term projects.
