Objectives and Activities

The Bodie Hodges Foundation has been in operation since 2013 and has provided services under Charity Number 1151053. We set up the CIO to allow more robust governance and allow the charity to purchase a building. During the period 20212022 no money was received through the CIO 1196162 and it raised no funds and provided no services.

Assets from 1151053 will be transferred over to 1196162 in 2023 and this organisation will then become the only entity for The Bodie Hodges Foundation.

The accounts set out below demonstrate that we have not yet begun to operate under this legal entity.
